How to locate your ESN number
An ESN number is the permanent number assigned to each mobile device when it accesses the communications network to communicate. Locating it is fairly simple and painless. Follow these instructions and contact us if you run into any snags.
Step 1
Make sure that you have a CDMA phone.
Step 2
Open the back latch where the battery is located and remove the battery
Step 3
The ESN number will be present with all numbers (no characters) simply copy it down and use this number to either Try our free trial or Activate your service.
